At Pawpilo, your satisfaction means the world to us. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange—no questions asked!

Return Window :

Returns: Must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges: Must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Free Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs within the United States. Simply contact us and we’ll email you a free return label.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Custom or personalized products

Final sale or clearance items

Used or damaged items

Any edible pet products

💡 Return Process:

Contact us: Email us at support@pawpilo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Print return label: We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.

Ship the product: Send the item back with the label provided.

Get refunded or exchanged: Once received, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Standard shipping times are 7–14 business days depending on your location.
